Terms & Conditions

Before placing an order with Singsolo Designs, please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions and make sure that you understand them. Singsolo Designs reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website, it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you visit the website. All orders placed with Singsolo Designs will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Singsolo Designs reserves the right to cancel an order at any stage.



Products are ordered in increments of 5 with the exception of place cards and any single print pieces. All items are invoiced as they are ordered. You will receive an invoice upon completion of your product. Invoice terms are 30 days. Acceptable forms of payment are credit card or check. No further work will be started until the current invoice is paid in full. 


We cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs, regardless of where the error originated. While we take great care to call attention to any errors we may see during the proofing process, final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client. Once approved, your stationery will print exactly as shown in the final proofs. If designs are approved with proof errors, Singsolo Designs takes no responsibility and will not be liable for any resulting cost.

Please be aware that all monitors and screens display color differently and may not accurately represent how your order will print. We are unable to accept returns because your printed stationery does not match the colors you see on your screen. 

Two rounds of revisions are included for each item in your purchase. If you are still unhappy with your proofs after these edits, we will offer more revisions at an additional cost.


Cancellations will be accepted for a full refund at any point before you give your final approval. After final proofs are approved, your stationery will be sent to print, and we will not be able to cancel or refund your purchase.


Singsolo Designs does not accept returns on any order, due to the custom nature of each piece. Custom printed items are created on a per order basis and cannot be resold.


Singsolo Designs cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your order once it has been shipped. Any reprints due to issues with mailing will be an additional charge and may be subject to a 20% rush order fee. 



All stationery artwork, designs, and content remain the copyright of Singsolo Designs They may not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission from Singsolo Designs. Any improper or illegal use of the stationery, artwork, designs or any other intellectual property rights will be pursued.

It is the clients’ responsibility to get permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, which are to be featured in the stationery. You shall indemnify Singsolo Designs on written demand in respect of any third party claims that material provided by you infringes that third party’s copyright. 

Singsolo Designs reserves the right to use any stationery created for you to promote products and services. If you do not want your personal information to appear in promotional material, you must provide us with a written request at the time of ordering.
